改變生活習慣

幾日前,收到個壞消息....我膽固醇過高....哈哈,廿歲仔,咪玩啦~

所有野全因生活習慣而起.........始終....唔係同屋企人住...自已真係激少自已煮飯食.....
買送,洗菜,煮飯....用成兩三個鐘,之後又要洗碗...點夠用幾蚊買個飯 or 去M記來得方便?
而家無計啦,自已幾乎日日去健身跑步,食少D肉,多菜,希望可以降膽固醇......

廿歲仔,有膽固醇過高的情況就真係少見,過個專科都咁講......

突然間,個感覺有如有左絕症...我頂...我都唔明個專科仲可以笑笑口咁同我講D件事........

而家,咩都唔食得,痛苦.....哈哈,真係救命....

而家比個短期目標自已,一個月內一個星期最少要去做四次健身跑步!睇下個情況可否有改善....
有時D野,唔到出事,都唔會去做,只怪自已...怪自已.......
